Charles Matthews

Charles is currently the owner/managing partner of a Financial Consultancy services firm. He is actively involved in various Joint Ventures with start- up businesses by advising Management on strategic direction and assisting to create business models and operating platforms. Charles has held Directorship and shareholder roles in renowned Insurance companies in South Africa. In his role as Director in some of the companies, he specialized in managing insurance and reinsurance related run off operations. He also has experience providing consultancy services to a wide range of private and corporate clients, specialising in tax planning and financial structuring, as well as a comprehensive range of accounting and related services to small and medium sized organizations, trusts and partnerships.
